Communication and cooperation are essential, as well as being prepared. Showing up to a raid with missing chants and buffs mean you wasted your time showing up.

Want to raid? Then have vent and have a headset. It's a good idea to set it up and practice using it on 5 mans, or questing with a buddy, so at raid time you aren't the pain in the ass that 10-25 other people are waiting on. If that is the case expect to get replaced for being inconsiderate.
Be polite and treat others as you want to be treated, unless of course you are a masochist.
